- The Anthropocene is at an end. While the last humans desperately try to come up with solutions to an unsolvable problem, a lonely documentarist obstinately tries to traverse and film the ruins of the former city of Bucharest. All that is left in humanity’s wake is a wave of destruction and, maybe, a glimmer of hope. This report encompasses this residue of hope.

În timp ce ultimii oameni rămași caută cu disperare soluții salvatoare, fără prea mare succes, un documentarist se încăpățâneză să traverseaze și să filmeze ceea ce a mai rămas din fostul București. Tot ce va rămâne în urma umanității e un val de distrugeri și, poate, un licăr de speranță. Acest raport ia ființă întocmai din acea urmă de speranță.
