KORATGE is a director of photography, photographer and documentalist, born in Valencia in 1993. In 2016 he started working for a Valencian film production company while he was studying photography, which allowed him to develop his first personal projects. In 2018, after visiting New York and Boston, he created a fanzine called Error 404. Later that year, he finally moved to Madrid to pursue a degree on Cinematography and New Media at TAI School of the Arts. In 2019 made his debut film “Nadie Sin Hogar”, a documentary short film released at the 12th edition of the International Festival of Invisible Cinema “Film Sozialak” of Bilbao. During the COVID-19 pandemic he decided to film “Juan”, an experimental short film starring his grandparents, whose post-production ended in 2022. Furthermore, in this period he specialized in cinematography, working on fashion films, music videos, advertising spots, photography reports and short films. He is currently studying a master's degree in Cinematography at the International Center of Photography and Cinema EFTI (Madrid), simultaneously with the realization of commissioned work and self-driven projects.
