On the day of his 15th birthday, teenager Dima gets drunk for the first time in his life, gets into a fight with his father and calls the social services. At night father and son reconcile, but in the morning the social worker is already knocking on the door of their communal apartment. Now Dima and his dad have to turn their apartment into a nice place in a short period of time so that the child is not taken into an orphanage. This is not an easy task, because father, who is a musician, has spent all the money on his concert, and the only neighbours, who do not turn their back on son and dad, are red whiskered cockroaches.
